For those curious as to the reason for these selections, quite simply put they are members that have shown a combination of either experience, activity, interest (of course - all three have volunteered), and a fairly clean record as far as their own warning histories go.

I feel an election at this time is unfeasible, given a multitude of factors, particularly the current levels of activity. Within six months, I will reassess this situation and see if a change is necessary based upon activity levels, board opinion, and quality of the moderation. It is possible an additional moderator could be added to the staff if necessary, and as always I will assist in moderation if I feel it is warranted/needed but will usually choose to stay out of that process.
