Don´t think so, becuse to get fined he needs to be convicted.
And the only ones who can convict him is the other judges in the supreme court, and the one who could press charges i think it´s JO and he didn´t press the issue.... Stupid...... and he would either way have been thrown out i belive, he undermines peoples trust in the supreme court and the law (obviously we are not equal to the law).... It´s becuse judges in the supreme court have extra protection so it´s a lot harder to actually convict them of anything...... and of course a bit harder for he´s collegues to convict him i guess.... They just hope everyone will forget about it.... |

there were 2 americans at my college, year before mine. When i met them after their second holiday period home in the states, they were full of how great is was to be there, and how shit to be back in DK. Yet every year when they came back they were less and less gung ho about the states way of doing things, and more and more pro-skandi.
when they graduated he moved to malmo to live, and she went back to the states but joined peace-corps. it takes time for the skandi way to seep through. |
